In March of current year on the international motor show in Geneva company Mitsubishi Motors plans to present the new compact crossover which has received name ASX. Five-seater crossover Mitsubishi ASX is constructed on a platform of family Lancer and equipped by a 1,8-litre turbodiesel working together with a six-step mechanical transmission. The power-plant answers ecological standards "Euro-5" and has system of an automatic stop and engine start. On preliminary data, the novelty begins to be issued both with forward, and with a full drive.

In scale of Mitsubishi the new compact crossover will take a place on a step below model Outlander and will appear on sale by spring of current year.
