The sales volume of cars in the countries of Europe, including new members of the European union, in June, 2009 has grown on 2,4% in comparison with June, 2008 and has made 1 million 461 thousand 859 cars. On it it is informed in the report of the European association of motor-car manufacturers published today (ACEA).

Concern Volkswagen sales volume (Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT, Skoda) in June, 2009 has made 312 thousand 302 cars (+9,5%), concern PSA Peugeot Citroen — 191 thousand 638 (+4,4%), concern Ford (Ford, Volvo) — 146 thousand 542 (+2,2%), General Motors (Opel, Chevrolet, Vauxhall, Saab, Cadillac) — 133 thousand 373 (-8,4%), Renault (Renault, Dacia) — 141 thousand 932 (+3,4%), Fiat (FIAT, Alfa-Romeo, Lancia) — 125 thousand 640 (+11,7%), BMW (BMW, MINI) — 75 thousand 466 (-10,9%), Daimler (Mercedes-Benz, Smart) — 70 thousand 380 (-2,7%), Toyota Group (Toyota, Lexus) — 65 thousand 246 (-4%), Nissan — 32 thousand 874 (+9,5%), Hyundai — 35 thousand 194 (+27,1%), Suzuki — 26 thousand 747 (+13,1%), Mazda — 19 thousand 7 (-17,9%), Honda — 22 thousand 68 (-7,2%), KIA — 24 thousand 852 (+9,8%), Mitsubishi — 10 thousand 472 (-0,9%), Chrysler — 4 thousand 491 (-52,9%), Jaguar — 2 thousand 500 (-34,9%), Land Rover — 4 thousand 284 cars (-37,7%). Besides, for the specified period in Europe was 851 car of other manufacturers (+25,2% by June, 2008) is realised 16 thousand.
