600-strong version of classical sportcar Volvo

The Swedish company Vox Customs headed by the engineer of the known manufacturer of super cars Koenigsegg Mattias Vox, plans to begin in the near future small-scale release of a remark of classical sports compartment Volvo P1800.

At present images of the future car which have been created by design firm Vizualtech are ready only. In comparison with the classical sports car the novelty will receive "nose" extended on 70 mm, little bit other registration of a forward part of the body, new "skirts", and also the flat bottom and the back bumper, allowing to improve aerodynamics.

The original car was equipped with the 100-strong motor in volume of 1,8 litres and was on sale in the sixties the last century. The rear-wheel remark will receive the eight-cylinder petrol engine in volume of 4,4 litres from off-road car Volvo XC90 which power at the expense of turbo-supercharger installation will increase approximately to 600HP. Together with the motor the six-step mechanical transmission begins to work.

On preliminary data, the world premiere of this car can take place on tuning automobile show SEMA which will take place in November of current year. Novelty cost yet is not informed.
