Swedish motor-car manufacturer Volvo has presented the first photos of a racing variant of hatchback C30 which has been created in cooperation with company Polestar Performance for participation in Swedish Touring Car Championship.

Car technical characteristics are not disclosed yet, however earlier was informed, that racing Volvo C30 will equip with the 400-strong petrol engine and also with a full drive. Against a standard hatchback the novelty is allocated with wider body and an aggressive aerodynamics tuning.
"It's real the speeded Volvo!" — declared Robert Dalgren, the racer of command Volvo.
